Please note that all products sold through our store are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been made available for download.

If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will be happy to assist:

• You are unable to download your files.

• Your download is incomplete or corrupted.

• You receive the wrong file.

If a genuine technical issue occurs, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible by providing a replacement file or alternative download method where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where required by law, refunds will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
